A Legacy of Craft.
The Arbib brothers didn't learn construction from a classroom or a textbook. They learned it on job sites. Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate and construction, they grew up surrounded by developers, contractors, and builders.
The Foundation
Their father spent years developing properties throughout Southern California while their mother built a successful career in residential real estate.
On the Job Site
With their uncles running construction crews, job sites became their second home. From an early age, they learned how projects are built from the ground up—not just from behind a desk, but by working alongside the people making it happen. They learned how to lead crews, solve problems, pay attention to details, and when necessary, roll up their sleeves and get the job done themselves.
Building Their Own
In 2018 the Arbib brothers build a fully operated and highly streamlined home improvement company supported by dedicated full-time project managers, trusted trade partners, and proven systems. This allows for every project to be managed efficiently, communicated clearly, and executed to the highest standards from start to finish.
First Flips
Arbib Development completes its first two independent flips. Premium San Diego properties acquired, renovated to a luxury standard, and sold.
Opening the Door
The brothers now invite a select group of qualified investors to fund projects alongside them. Small groups, full transparency, hands on expertise.
